กติกาการสมัคร
1.โปรดศึกษาข้อมูลกฎกติกาของสนามก่อนการสมัคร
2.นักวิ่งจะต้องมารับอุปรณ์การแข่งขัน (Racekit) ด้วยตนเองเท่านั้น
2.1ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้อื่น ซึ่งไม่ใช่ผู้สมัครเข้าแข่งขันตามชื่อนั้น มารับอุปกรณ์การแข่งขันแทน
3. ข้อมูลการสมัคร
3.1 นักวิ่งคนไทยจะต้องกรอกเลขที่บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน
3.2 นักวิ่งชาวต่างชาติจะต้องกรอกเลขที่หนังสือเดินทาง (Passport)
3.3 นักวิ่งต้องกรอกข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อฉุกเฉินและตอบคำถามทางการแพทย์ให้ครบถ้วนและตามความเป็นจริงการให้ข้อมูลทาง
การแพทย์และข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อฉุกเฉินไม่ถูกต้องสร้างความเสี่ยงต่อทีมแพทย์สนามและตัวนักวิ่งเอง
4.การแก้ไข/เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลผู้สมัคร
4.1.หากดำเนินการ"ชำระเงิน/สมัครสำเร็จ"แล้วผู้สมัครจะไม่สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลการสมัครได้ด้วยตนเอง
5.การชำระเงิน
5.1เมื่อนักวิ่งทำการสมัครเข้าแข่งขัน และเมื่อถึงขั้นตอนการชำระเงินระบบจะกำหนดเวลาชำระเงินภายใน 72 ชั่วโมง
5.2กรณีที่ไม่ได้ชำระเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนด ถือเป็นการสมัครที่ไม่สมบรูณ์ และไม่สามารถเข้าแข่งขันได้ จะต้องทำการสมัครใหม่ และชำระเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
5.3ระบบการชำระเงินเป็นระบบออนไลน์ ระบบจะทราบทันทีเมื่อมีการชำระเงิน จากการสมัครเข้าร่วมแข่งขันของนักวิ่งท่านใด
5.4เมื่อการสมัครเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ผู้สมัครจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันการชำระเงิน กลับทางอีเมล
5.5หากไม่มีอีเมลยันยันการชำระเงินตอบกลับ กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Admin) เพื่อตรวจสอบอีกครั้ง
5.6กรณีที่พบชื่อและนามสกุลของผู้สมัครที่ได้ชำระเงินแล้วมากกว่า 1 รายการ (ซ้ำ) ในระบบทางทีมงานผู้จัดงานจะทำการยกเลิกรายการชื่อที่ซ้ำออก
6.การแข่งขันของ TAK 42 เป็นสนามวิ่งอันทรงเกียรติ ที่ได้ทำการจัดการแข่งขันตามกฎกติกา และมาตรฐานของสมาคมกีฬากรีทาแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (Athletic Association of Thailand) การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการการแข่งขันถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
Registration Rules and Regulations
1. Please read information about rules and regulations before registration.
2. All runners have to pick up the race kit by themselves with the same name on the Bib in 6 July 2024, time and venue
2.1 Do not allow runners to give the right to the other to pick up the Rece kit.
3. Registration form
3.1 Thai Residential applicant is required to fill in his valid Thai citizen identification card number (13 digits) in the application.
3.2 All Foreigner applicants are required to fill in his valid Passport number in the application.
3.3 Applicants must fill in emergency contacts and give a complete and realistic answer for medical information. Incorrect and conceal medical information and emergency contact information risks to the medical team and the runners themselves.
4. Check the applicant information before submitting Payment.
4.1. After clicking Payment, the applicant is unable to edit any information by themselves.
5. Payment
5.1 The payment will be within 72 hours after registering and submitting the payment.
5.2 If the payment is not completed within the time, the application will not be accepted and needed to apply a new application.
5.3 After making the payment, the system will detect automatically, the applicant does not request to submit any documents to our administrator for confirmation.
5.4 After payment and examination, the system will send confirmed payment email directly to your applied email. If you do not receive any, do not hesitate to contact our administrator.
5.5 In case of detecting the duplicated applicant name after payment. The organizer will take out the duplicates and remain only one.
6. This prestigious race is organized by following the rules and regulations of the Athletic Association of Thailand (AAT). The result of the race judges is a final.

กติกาการแข่งขัน
1.การแข่งขันในสนามวิ่งนี้เป็นสนามวิ่งอันทรงเกียรติ และทำการจัดการแข่งขันตามกฎกติกา และมาตรฐานของสมาคมกีฬากรีทาแหงประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (Athletic Association of Thailand) การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการการแข่งขันถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
2.การแบ่งรุ่นกลุ่มอายุ คำนวณโดยนำปีจัดการแข่งขัน ลบด้วยปีเกิด ไม่นับวันหรือเดือน
(ตัวอย่าง การแข่งขันจัดขึ้นในปี 2024 และ ปีที่เกิด 1994 จะได้รุ่นอายุ 2024 - 1994 = 30 ปี)
2.1การแบ่งรุ่นอายุมีดังนี้
รุ่นอายุต่ำกว่า 19 ปี
รุ่นอายุ 19 - 29 ปี
รุ่นอายุ 30 - 39 ปี
รุ่นอายุ 40 - 49 ปี
รุ่นอายุ 50 - 59 ปี
รุ่นอายุ 60 ปี ขึ้นไป
3.ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการรับอุปกรณ์การแข่งขัน หรือแก้ไขข้อมูล ในวันแข่งขันทุกกรณี
4.นักวิ่งต้องติดหมายเลขวิ่ง(บิบ)ที่ด้านหน้า ที่สามารถมองเห็นได้ชัดเจน ตั้งแต่ก่อนเข้าพื้นที่ปล่อยตัว ตลอดการแข่งขัน มิเช่นนั้นจะถูกพิจารณาตัดสิทธิ์ และให้ออกจากการแข่งขัน ไม่อนุญาตให้ปิดบังหมายเลขวิ่ง(บิบ) หรือติดที่ด้านหลัง
5.กรณีมีการประทวงผลการแข่งขันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดหมายเลขวิ่งไม่ถูกต้อง ทางทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจ และแก้ไขผลการแข่งขัน
6.อุปกรณ์การแข่งขันอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น สายรัดข้อมือที่ได้รับในวันรับอุปกรณ์การแข่งขัน(Race kit) ตลอดจนจบการแข่งขัน (อาจแตกต่างกันในแต่ละระยะการแข่งขันให้นักวิ่งศึกษาข้อมูลก่อนเข้าแข่งขันอย่างละเอียดอีกครั้ง)
7.ไม่อนุญาตให้นักวิ่งเข้าปล่อยตัวผิดประเภท หรือผิดระยะการแข่งขัน
8.การปล่อยตัวจะเป็นไปตามเวลาที่ได้ประกาศไว้ แต่หากมีกรณีที่อาจทำให้มีการปล่อยตัว ล่าช้ากว่าที่ได้ประกาศไว้ เวลาคัทออฟจะเริ่มนับจากเวลาปล่อยตัวจริง
9.ไม่อนุญาตให้นักวิ่งที่มาเลยกำหนดเวลาปล่อยตัว ออกวิ่งหลังจากปิดจุดปล่อยตัว
10.ห้ามส่งมอบหมายเลขวิ่ง(บิบ)ให้ผู้อื่น หรือรับหมายเลขวิ่ง(บิบ)จากผู้อื่นมาวิ่งแทน ห้ามฝากหมายเลขวิ่ง(บิบ)ไปกับนักวิ่งท่านอื่น ห้ามติดหมายเลขวิ่ง(บิบ)ที่ไม่ใช่ของตนเอง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการติดชิพ หรือดึงชิพออก
11.ห้ามเปลี่ยนตัวผู้วิ่งระหว่างเส้นทาง หรือแอบออกตัวระหว่างเส้นทาง หรือแอบอ้างเป็นนักวิ่งของงาน โดยไมมีหลักฐานการสมัครที่ถูกต้อง
12.ไม่อนุญาตให้นักวิ่งที่ไม่ติดหมายเลขวิ่ง(บิบ)เข้าสู่บริเวณจุดปล่อยตัว และเข้ามาวิ่ง ตลอดเส้นทาง
13.ทีมงานมีสิทธิ์ไม่อนุญาต ให้นำสิ่งของใดๆ ที่อาจเป็นอันตราย หรือไม่เหมาะสมในแข่งขันตามดุลยพินิจของเจ้าหน้าที่ในเส้นทาง
13.1ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้อุปกรณ์ล้อลากเลื่อน เช่น รถเข็นเด็ก สเก็ตบอร์ด โรลเลอร์เบลด handcycles babyjoggers และสิ่งของต้องห้ามเพิ่มเติมอื่นๆ เช่น สัตว์เลี้ยง เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ สารผิดกฎหมาย อาวุธ อากาศยานใดๆ และโดรนที่ควบคุมจากระยะไกลเป็นต้น
14.ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลภายนอกมาคอยให้ความช่วยเหลือ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการวิ่งนำเพื่อทำความเร็ว หรือให้การสนับสนุนนักวิ่งคนอื่น จนอาจเป็นเหตุให้เกิดความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขัน หากพบจะถูกพิจารณาให้ออกจากการแข่งขัน(Disqualify)
15.กรณีนักวิ่งสมัครเข้ามาถูกต้อง สามารถวิ่งนำเพื่อทำความเร็วให้กันได้ ไม่ถือเป็นเรื่องผิดกติกา ยกเว้นกรณีให้ความช่วยเหลืออื่นๆ ที่จะทำให้เกิดความได้เปรียบเสียเปรียบในการแข่งขัน หากพบจะถูกพิจารณาให้ออกจากการแข่งขัน(Disqualify)
16.การแข่งขันของสนามนี้เป็นงานที่จัดภายใต้มาตรฐานของสมาคมกีฬากรีทาแหงประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (Athletic Association of Thailand) และอ้างอิงกติกาเพื่อการตัดสินการแข่งขันของสมาคมกีฬากรีทาแหงประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (Athletic Association of Thailand)
17.การแจกรางวัลจะใช้เวลา GunTime ในการตัดสิน (Gun Time คือเวลาแข่งขันอย่างเป็นทางการที่ทุกคนออกตัวพร้อมกัน ณ เวลาที่สัญญาณปล่อยตัวเริ่มขึ้น "เสียงแตร")
18.นักวิ่งที่ประสงค์จะร่วมลุ้นรางวัล กรุณานำบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ตตัวจริงมาด้วย เพื่อเป็นการยืนยันตัวตนในการรับรางวัล
19.เงินรางวัล และถ้วยรางวัลจะมอบให้กับนักวิ่งที่ทำถูกต้องตามกติกาทุกอย่างของการแข่งขัน (นักวิ่งที่ได้รับรางวัลจะถูกหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 5 เปอร์เซ็นต์)
20.ทางทีมผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ไม่มอบเงินรางวัล ถ้วยรางวัล เหรียญรางวัล และอื่นๆในกรณีที่ตรวจพบว่าชื่อนักวิ่ง และหมายเลขวิ่ง(บิบ) ไม่ใช่คนเดียวกัน
21.หากนักวิ่งคนใดถูกให้ออกจากการแข่งขัน(Disqualify) จะส่งผลให้นักวิ่งคนนั้นไม่สามารถรับรางวัลใดๆ จากการแข่งขัน สถิติที่เกิดขึ้นจากการแข่งขันนี้จะถือเป็นโมฆะ
22.การประท้วงจะต้องยื่นเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร พร้อมวางเงินประกันการประท้วงจำนวน 1,000 บาท และต้องยื่นทันทีภายใน 30 นาที หลังการประกาศผล
23.หากเลยเวลาดังกล่าวถ้ามีเหตุอันเชื่อได้ว่าควรพิจารณาผลการแข่งขันใหม่สามารถยื่นเอกสารเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรได้ ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง หลังการประกาศผล
24.กรณีเกิน 24 ชั่วโมง ทีมงานจะไม่รับพิจารณาคำร้อง และไม่ปรับเปลี่ยนผลการแข่งขันที่ได้ประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการแล้วนั้นทุกกรณี
25.อำนาจการตัดสินข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ เป็นของคณะกรรมการตัดสิน ผลการแข่งขันอย่างเป็นทางการ และการตัดสินของคณะกรรมการการแข่งขันถือเป็นที่สุด
26.ทีมสวีปเปอร์(Sweeper)จะสวมเสื้อสะท้อนแสงที่มีข้อความว่า Sweeper ทีมนี้จะรับหน้าที่วิ่งประกบนักวิ่งคนสุดท้ายของการแข่งขันเสมอ
27.จุดบันทึกเวลา(Check-Point) นักวิ่งต้องวิ่งผ่านครบทุกจุดตลอดเส้นทางที่วางไว้กรณีที่ไม่ผ่านอันใดอันหนึ่ง ผลการแขงขันจะขึ้นเป็น DNF (Do Not Finish) และจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ในการแข่งขัน
Race Rules
1.This prestigious race is organized by following the rules and regulations of the Athletic Association of Thailand (AAT). The result of the race judges is a final.
2. Age groups is calculated by using the present year of event minus the year of birth, date are not calculated
For example, The race is held on 2024 and your birth year is 1994 You are 30 years old
2.1 Age group
Age group Under 19 years old
Age group 19 - 29 years old
Age group 30 - 39 years old
Age group 40 - 49 years old
Age group 50 - 59 years old
Age group 60 years old and over
3. There is no providing the race kits received and editing the information on the competition day.
4. Before entering the starting line and during the race all runners have to attach the Bib in front of their body that can clearly see, If not will be disqualified.
5. In case if any argument about the result of the race, the event organizers will recheck and update the results
6. Other things in race kits. For example wristbands are received in the race kits collected day would be different in each category
7. Runners who launched incorrectly category or race will be disqualified
8. The start time at the start line will be punctual. If there are any problems that can cause late starting times, the cutoff time will be counted at the minute for launching.
9. Runners who entering the start line late after the closing of starting line will be disqualified Time of starting line and closing time
10. There is prohibited of giving Bib to each other, receiving Bib from each other and attaching each other’s Bib. All of these will be disqualified
11.Do not change runners or launch somewhere during the race
12. There is prohibited of running without Bib
13. The event organizers has right to take the improper equipment off the race
13.1 Improper equipment; wheeled equipment such as strollers, skateboards, rollerblades, handcycles and babyjoggers.
Additional prohibited items are not allowed on the route such as pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, weapons, aircraft and remotely controlled drones.
14. Do not allow outsiders who are not the runner of the race giving help to runners such as pacer leading or giving advantaged help. If any, there will be disqualified
15. Official runners who have correctly Bib can help each other by leading the pace except giving advantaged help. If any, there will be disqualified
16. This race is organized by following the rules and regulations of the Athletic Association of Thailand (AAT)
17. Price distribution will be decided by Gun Time. (Gun Time is the starting time when every runner launches from the starting line.)
18. Runners who would like to participate in lucky draws must bring ID card or Passport in identification.
19. Price and award will be given to the official runner who followed all the rules. (Runners who win prizes will have a 5 percent withholding tax deducted)
20. Price and award will not be given if the name of the Bib and runner is different.
21. Disqualified runners will not be recorded all about statistics.
22. Arguments must apply in document and deposit 1,000 Baht. Argument should be made within 30 minutes after finalizing the results.
23. If the arguments is made after the race within 24 hours and can be proofed, the event organizers will accept them
24. If the arguments are made after the race more than 24 hours, the event organizers will not accept and change the results.
25. The judges have right to manage all the arguments, results and the report is final
26. Sweeper team will have a reflective jersey with the word SWEEPER. Sweeper will take care of the runners who are behind the row of each category.
27. Check points are placed along the route, runners must run through every checkpoint. If runners miss any checkpoints, they will be disqualified.
